Contract for Wedding Photography
Cost: A deposit of $200 is required to complete booking. The deposit will be applied toward the total wedding session fee of $1,350. In the event of wedding cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance of $1,150 is due in full two weeks prior to the wedding date to procure photography services.
Services: All photos will be edited in high resolution and delivered in an online gallery for download within 3 weeks of the wedding. Prints are the responsibility of the client unless other arrangements are made. The client will also receive a blog feature on victoriarose.photos.
Gold Package + Second Shooter ($1,300): Full day coverage of preparations, ceremony, and reception by lead photographer. Second shooter for ceremony and first two hours of reception.
Travel Fee ($50): For travel outside of Cincinnati more than 30 miles
Victoria Rose Photography will make every reasonable effort to provide the client’s full desired shot list. The photographer is not responsible for compromised coverage due to causes beyond her control such as inclement weather, schedule complications, light restrictions, or lateness of the wedding party or family.
Copyright: The digital files and or prints produced by Victoria Rose Photography are protected by Copyright Law (all rights reserved). Editing (this includes any social media filters), cropping, or changing images in any way are forbidden and violate these copyright laws. It is agreed that Victoria Rose Photography may display and use the photographs taken for advertising, display, website and internet promotion, and any other promotions deemed fit. The client has unlimited printing rights to all photos.
